I'd never been in this particular store before, my regular one just closed. May frequent more often now

I have had a positive experience every time I go to this BP and this visit was no exception! I was able to find all of the items I wanted and checked out quickly. The cashier was very friendly and quick. I also was able to take advantage of a couple specials. It was an overall quick and easy transaction!

The district manager recently fired the head manager of the BP that I go to daily. I'm not sure of the circumstances or what happened for this to come about but unless it was something very serious, I believe it was uncalled for and unnecessary. From what I know he did his job and did it well he was very calm, cool, collected and extremely friendly not only with customers that with his staff also. They've had new employees in and out that are just fill-ins until they get "things straightened out". Personally I think that the district manager should've had things straightened out before she fired the head manager of a very busy store on one of his 30 day reviews, clearly she knew what she was going to do on that day in the store still has no manager and there's just random workers in and out and I personally know that the regular customers that are in and out of the store, because I work at the store next to it, are extremely unhappy as well about the situation there right now. I don't know if this review of the store will get to the people at BP headquarters but I hope it does because something needs to be done and they need to be made aware of what the district manager did and the position that she's (Bernita) put the store in

I visit the store daily and thoroughly enjoyed my experience each time. All the employees know me by name, what I need when I come in and are always extremely friendly and helpful

I very much enjoy going to my local BP! They recognize me and are always extremely friendly when I'm in there, they even know what ciggs I need before I ask for it. I lovey local BP store. It's located at the end of Glenn's Bay road south I'm surfside SC 29575. Sorry I can't provide store number

I was in and out of the store pretty quickly but the store clerk was not so friendly when I asked for directions to a place that was down the road, I was confused with where was that but we'd stop at that BP intentionally because we had a gift card for the store
