The animals look miserable.

This zoo is pretty clean and has a lot of animals to view. I am not impressed with the people who were working at the membership counter. There were two people working today. The girl was rude and very flippant acting when helping the person in line in front of me. The guy who helped my family was extremely rude. When I asked to sign up for the basic family pass, he said it is called basic because it is basically a waste of money. He insisted that upgrade and when I said no that we want the basic membership he said whatever, fine, if you want to waste money.

Closed to early,didn't get to see what I wanted to see and the drinks was really high

Always a good visit

We bought the year membership and so far satisfied, but we couldn't find any dolphin show and a lot of animals were nowhere to be found. But they did reimburse us for a wagon that my daughter decided last minute she didn't want. So I guess it's ok

Save your trip during the winter season.

Hamil family area is great for young children, but it should be open to non-members as it offers a place to nurse a baby with privacy

Happy that during our visit for the lights, we were able to see some animals.
