The woman at the souvenir counter wasn't rude, but she wasn't pleasant either. The rest of the staff was fantastic. To bad I had to sit in front of a couple with a child who had no inside whisper voice and oblivious parents. Next time I will notify an usher and hopefully it will be addressed. This was not a $9 movie-I wanted it to be something special for my 12 year old and it was a constant distraction.

Food and beverages included in club level tickets. Highly professional and friendly staff. Remembered us from our last visit in the spring. Excellent memory

Everything is nice and clean

I was there for the 8th Annual New Times Pairing so I didn't really get to appreciate what the venue is for.

I saw the Lion King the show was amazing and the staff were very helpful and kind.

Delivered a tour bus full of high school students for their homecoming dance. Interaction with security. Overall however the venue was easy to access and pleasant in appearance.
