Car wash was bad

Cashier was new & struggling with customer in front of me. Two other employees stood behind the counter & talked. Cashier then had to go outside to get first customer back to finish transaction. Two employees still stayed behind the counter talking. Took 10 minutes to buy a 12 pack of beer. Awful service. New employee should have had help from other employees in store.
