Toilet in my room was total loose. The door hits the toilet :( It was a smoking room :(. My room was not ready at 6pm Disappointed

We ate at the buffet around 7 o'clock and a lot of the food containers were either empty or very low in crusted over. Even at the salad bar. Counters were very dirty and it usually is not like that. we usually have a very pleasant experience at the buffet there. We ordered the margaritas there and after we paid for it then the waitress tells us they had just made it and it will take about 20 minutes to get frozen. we didn't get them until after we were done with our meal

Sante Fe cafe service was horrible the server was unaccomadating and rushed us

The pit boss lady was asian and had an attitude from the beginning continuously trying to antagonize me once the new dealer came in they changed the table from $5 to $25 which I was fine with but the pit boss (((asian lady))) was persistent in making me upset finally I allowed her to get in my head and since I had two beers in front of her I was asked to leave without even asking the other players or myself what had happened a different pit boss came and informed me that it shouldn't be like this but I ended up making her night since the rest of the table was actually intoxicated but since they were losing even more loud then myself and cursing they were allowed to continue maybe because I'm not white and they were its perception right well that's what I noticed not trying to pull the race card but really.?!? Come'on now
