Traffic was a nightmare. It look us 1.5 hours to get 6 miles with only 1 entrance to get in for taxis. The communication for taxis, parking etc was awful and incorrect which in turn... Caused us to miss the opening act. They ran out of beer. I waited 40 minutes during the headliner and missed his show due to the stadiums lack of preparation and organization. Many were frustrated and would not got back to arrowhead again.

Parking staff was a joke. Would not allow my taxi to go in the taxi lane. Had to use main entrance and wait. Food was a horror. Mold on pretzel, brat that was served with a wet bun sealed around it. Stood in line because staff did not known how to use POS.

Stood in line 4 times to get drinks and never even made it to the front of the line! The wait was ridiculous. We even walked around to different vendors and the lines were all long!

Traffic issue remains unsolved. Too many drunk and vulgar "fans" to bring kids. Rethinking my 6 season tix for next year.

Parking was really messed up. We were told there were no more gold parking spots available and that we would have to park in red, even though we had a gold pass. However, we ended up seeing TONS of gold parking. Then, the concession stand was really messed up in the club level. We had to wait 30 minutes for chicken fingers. People in general were very upset and the staff was not sympathetic at all. Last, the wifi wasn't working in the stadium. Very disappointing and we hope the kinks are worked out by the regular season.

Need to train parking staff. Had both reserved and handicapped parking, yet we were forced to park in the employee parking which is the furthest away from the stadium. Then when leaving the stadium, a parking attendant told us the employee parking (lot L) was on the side we exited, yet it was on the exact opposite side. I've been to many stadiums throughout the country, and this was BY FAR the worst ran operations I've ever seen.
