All areas to seating was close. That force us to circle the stadium to find our way to our seats. It took 1hour and 30 minutes to get to our seats. The staff gave us incorrect directions 4 different times. I attend multiple sporting events and concerts at arrowhead. But never again this is the worst customer service ever. This will be first time in 25 years I'm going to ask for my money back for tickets and parking. I know you will probably dismiss this survey. And never have the guts to contact me about this. But for anyone who will listen I will tell them about my experience.

The parking situation absolutely sucks! It took us more than 2 hours to get into the stadium off stadium drive and then another hour to get out of the parking lot even before the game was over!

From a long time season ticket holder in the 90s...the Arrowhead experience is HORRIBLE for anyone who wants to take their kids to a game. I paid $240 for 3 tickets. Pretty high for pre-season, but I knew what I was getting into. $30 for parking?!?!?! You have to be kidding!!! For a spot of GRASS no less. That's ridiculous!! Then missed almost the entire 2nd quarter because the kids were hungry and we had to wait 30 minutes for food. There were 4 PEOPLE IN FRONT OF US. staff was very rude and SLOW doesn't even come close to describing it. Then I won't mention the drunk IDIOTS around us. Not much you can do about them. Anyway, definitely not the same experience I remember as a kid/teenager. We WON'T be back!! Thanks for listening! A very sad long-time Chiefs fan
