bathroom was nasty. cappuccino was fine

It was super crowded but still not an excuse for the workers to not greet entering customers.

We had a minor medical emergency and went on to buy an instant pack. My daughter was told they didn't sell them in spite of the vast selection of first aid supplies. She wasn't offered any ice as the cashier turned away.
