Dirty and smelled terrible

I visited Conoco to get gas. I pulled up to a pump & started getting gas. My intention was to get a full tank. However, the pump wasn't working properly & I had to sit there and literally pump the gas. It took forever just to get the small amount of gas I did get. I wish there would have been a sign on the pump so I could have chose to pull into another pump.
