I went to Sam's and their pumps were all down. Then I went to Conoco closest to my home. Debit cards would not work due to storms went inside to write a check, and they no longer take checks. I was out of gas and had to get some and only had a ten dollar bill on me. Would have purchased more if I could have used my card or wrote a check.
