I didn't realize that the water I was buying was BOGO but the cashier was nice enough to inform me before I left.

This Citgo is very "ghetto." Even though it's on a busy bypass circle, near good neighborhoods, it's just "ghetto." The outside is dimly lit, the inside is dimly lit, and frankly at night it looks like it's closed. Also for some reason there's always someone loitering outside for no reason. They're not waiting on someone, or on the phone, they're just there. Lastly the staff at this place isn't friendly at all. They're very standoffish and unpleasant. I only stop at this location when I have to. It doesn't feel safe.
