Gas pump malfunctioned and sprayed gas everywhere!

I have disappointed with Citgo in the past few years. I go there to get gas because I hold a credit card from them. They have good prices on gas but there pumps are not kept up or maintained. The gas pumps very slowly or they are out of gas all together. And the most annoying of all is that the pumps never have paper for receipts. I mean never. I'm going to get a different card and wean away from Citgo.

Citgo needs to get it together. I can't purchase gas at their stations. All of the pumps need repairing. I can't enter anything on the keypads and they always are out of paper for a receipt. Very disappointed. Will not buy gas from citgo anymore.
