My nephew had a great time celebrating his birthday.

I always have a great experience but this time I was very disappointed , I got there right when they opened, I order a pizza and took over 40 minutes to be ready, when. I got the pizza it had some slices that didn't even had the meat I request, then I asked for ice cream and they had ice all over impossible to open and eat , them the manager put it close to the stove and when I give it to my kids it was all watery on the bottom, I spent over 4 hours and chuck was not out and I had to talk to the manager because that was the main reason why we went bc my son wanted to see chuck, I go to chuck e cheese a lot like 4-5 times a month and this was the worst experience there.
