I don't like how the name stamp smeared so if I wanted to sneak a kid out it would have been easy my daughters smeared to.

The prizes or horrible especially for the number of tickets it takes to get them. Other places such as Magic Castle far exceeds what you allow kids to get for the number of tickets you require.

We had a birthday party here. Our hostess was so nice but was being pulled it many directions and I had to go looking for her several times. Our food for the adults we ordered on arrival took THREE HOURS! We left without receiving everything we ordered.

The cashier was rude. Games were broken with no sign, staff watched you put your token in the broken machine. The cashier rolled her eyes when I asked for my cup for my beverage. The staff who brought our pizza out did not smile or say a word. Very very disappointed. Will not return.
