I question what country this gas comes from?

I went into Citgo to purchase a bag of ice and a lotto ticket. The cashier under charged me for the ice to make it a quicker transaction by adding the lotto ticket. I was very pleased with the friendliness and speed of their service. I will be going back.

I found it weird there was a sign saying they may charge my card for up to $100 for several days if I use my card at the pump. Probably won't go again just to be sure that doesn't happen
