Great place but the staff there was very rude to me and my child probably won't go back

Kind of dirty. Many broken games.

everyone was great, my son had a super time, the lady at the prize counter was rude and disrespectful I mean all you have to do is pay attention to the child and give them what prize they want

spent 20.00 on tokens. the driving games were not synced so that both people were in same race. restroom was very smelly like urine.

lmy family and I went to chuck e cheese to celebrate my son's birthday. I could not purchase a birthday package in advance because their were only 3 children in my party. my family decided still to go to chuck e cheese anyway. I feel the staff treats party guest different than those not partaking in a party. the staff was rude and we decided not even to sing happy birthday and cut cake their because it was uncomfortable. not to mention, the tables down by the "stage" where Chuck E. and his friends put on a show are only down by the reserved birthday tables and chuck E only comes out for the birthday crowds.
