Need better coupons or lower the prices I'd definitely come more often if the prices were like it was 4 years ago

Lot of games were broken or became broken as the day went on, no one fixed or attempted to fix them. At one point Chuck e came out kids were excited, he walked over to a lady who handed him tickets he threw them into the air... Keep his hands up and walked out. Did not visit or interact with the kids. My daughter was disappointed she really wanted to hug him. It seemed like the staff did not want to be working and seemed frustrated with the children.... I will not be returning I feel there are other chuck e cheeses with staff members who enjoy their job and it will be worth the drive for my family to get the enjoyment they deserve. Very disappointed!
