We weren't able to ride hardly any rides that we wanted to because of "technical difficulties", as much money as we spent we would've like to have rode any of the rides there, but 4 rides open had problems so we couldn't AFTER waiting in an hour long line, another ride was closed due to maintenance issues, & the very last line, we were next to get on & we were about to but got stopped due to weather conditions (but it wasn't storming close to us, but they still stopped us because the Lightning was within 10 miles - which I can understand)- but to experience THAT much "technical difficulties", I feel we should've experienced credit towards how much we paid since we couldn't get the full experience we paid full price to experience. It's the 1st time my daughter was tall enough finally to ride the rides too, but she couldn't even ride half of them!

Too busy!!! Fast pass SHOULD be included with annual pass or never buying any sort of pass again...

rained all day long but the staff was friendly and it still was a good day

It was warm. Some of the cashiers very slow. Did not feel like it was an individualized experience. Too expensive and they need to offer healthier dining choices

Everything was way overpriced! $95 just to get in and $3 for water?! Extra to do anything besides rides, one of the rides was broke down, the train wasn't operating, $15 for a misting fan that costs $4 at Walmart?! I get there needs to be a premium but it was all quite excessive

Not happy that the sky ride and train were closed and the shows we tried to go to were full. Not much to do for my friend who is not a roller coaster rider. Need more in between kiddie rides and thrill rides.

Busch gardens has lost its greatness for guess when they visit the park, the employees treat guess like if they were animal or in other words we have too do it if not they fired us, and customer service in a park has to be excellent because it's the day the guess spend his day with family and friends and will always remember, but the memory is not being really good thanks to all those Busch gardens employees who do a terrible job at treating guess like humans and not animals
