We bought all day meal passes and were told by the staff " not to be sharing". Absolutely ridiculous. My daughter also got her arm caught in a ride and was crying. I had to run up and ask the ride attendants to release her out of the ride. Seeing a 10 year old girl crying wasn't enough, they even walked to the controller to release the ride. Then asked if they should call first aid. Which I think should have been obvious. They definitely did not have enough training for emergency situations. Thankfully her arm was only bruised and not broken.

I was disappointed that BG closed at 5, that's very early, Sesame Street show was closed, the times on your phone App were wrong on a show, so we missed it, the train ride went too long so I missed another show, Highly disappointed because then we had to leave because it was almost 5:00pm, I'm glad I'm a local with a seasonpass because if I was not I'd be asking for my money back!

So I have never been to bush gardens before this was my first time and it wasn't what I expected to be honest they closed all the rides a numerous amount of times. I understand weather and all that but it wasn't even raining at one point it was very depressing and also this lady at one of the food places I had to literally argue with her to make me food it was so annoying I was extremely upset.. I didn't expect it to be this horrible especially all the money I spent on this trip. And finally I was really looking forward to getting on the safari ride and really getting a look at the animals but they closed it down at about 5 o'clock. It was just very unpleasant... especially for it being my first time made me not even want to go back..

Not enough for older people and young children to do. Staff was not very helpful.

All the animals look so sad and depressed :( specially the kangaroos, gorilla and lions ... And the special attractions like the congo river and rollercoasters where closed !! Lines too long for the time of the ride ... Not fear to long the waiting time vs the time of the ride

It rained so we were unable to ride all of the roller coasters.

Dirty understaffed unhappy employees! Would have spent more money on food and beverages but lines were too long and not enough people were working! The ones that were working could care less! Sad because I have an annual pass that I am thinking of canceling because it was such a bad experience!

This place was like a zoo. Overly crowded and wait for one ride was over 70 minutes? Ended up using three rides for the whole day what a waste of time. Very disappointed.
