Busch Gardens

Customer service lacked. Wait times need to be updated regularly. Food was horrible. Will probably never return. Disney sets the standard for theme parks and Busch Gardens is well below the standard.

It was terrible the staff was rude and couldn't answer any of my questions and food was so hard to find because all stands were closed

This was the absolute worst theme park experience I've ever had. Was there for over 7 hours and didn't get on a single ride. The rides were shut down for hours and hours when there wasn't even a drop of rain. They even shut down the animal exhibits, when there was no rain. It was ridiculous. I have annual passes to almost all theme parks in central Florida, and have for 30 years. I have never experienced anything like that, even on a hurricane.

In all the years I have been going to Busch gardens I have never been so disappointed about the service provided by the staff especially went things in the park were not working correctly and made my day a horrible one.

The parking lot was a mess! It took 40 minutes for us to park. The restaurant didn't give us our 10% pass holder discount. The park changed their terms on giving the passholder $10 cash for May. In January it was handled differently.

I have been to Busch Gardens a number of times. This was the most disappointing trip. Most of the attractions were closed for renovations, and there is hardly anything for children anymore. It used to be very family oriented, but i did not feel that it is for families anymore.

Please put an age group on your shows, waited in line 10 minutes to get a drink and left without getting a drink. Staff pulling up shirt rubbing her belly. Animal habitats were small and inhumane. Getting in through gates was very disorderly even after we had purchased tickets online

Ughhhhh I did not enjoy, will not be back
