Busch Gardens

Overall, experience was positive but was not pleased that I was misinformed that my season passes would cover the fees for the Christmas event.

Hot chocfolatee was cold!!

this was our 2nd year at Christmas towne. loved it although it was very crowded. our one complaint was regarding the women's bathroom at Fest house and the location of the changing tables. it was a total bottle neck, especially with people with strollers trying to pass thru.

A yearly tradition!

There was no available handicap parking

Busch Gardens is an exceptionally clean park. It is very family-friendly, and a delight to visit! They were very crowded when we visited because it was Christmas Town. We parked in the overflow lot. I wish they didn't have an overflow lot, but that they allowed fewer people in the park at once to make the visit more enjoyable. The hot chocolate is exceptional!

Beautiful! Very pretty! Awesome. Wonderful for all ages!

It was fun, but much too expensive.

Attended the Christmas town everything was beautiful only downside majority of the rides were closed.
