Busch Gardens

Disappointed in how a supervisor corrected an order entry error while ordering multiple coffee beverages. Was in such a rush she still overcharged us $2.00 for the order.

The staff was great! I went for the Hallow-scream event and the decorations were so nice.

Busch Gardens how low scream was a great time. A lot of the rides were open and everything ran well. The lines were not very long either. I always enjoy going to Busch Gardens Williamsburg at Halloween

They could use some lighting over the food tables. I know it's howl o scream and supposed to be scary but I couldn't see my food so I pretty much didn't eat much. Also, it's been so crowded lately I'm thinking it's not worth renewing my pass. We've only been able to do like three things each visit (5+hours).

I love the park and I had never been to Hallowscream before and I was pleasantly surprised by how well decorated everything was. Definitely going back

lots of fun coasters. big park, helpful staff. need better food at most restaurants.

I went on a Saturday during Halloscream but left before the crowds got crazy. The park is clean and beautifully manicured. The food has gone down a little, but not bad.

Great theme park, could use more characters around the park for howl o scream but overall good job

Beer is too expensive. Bathrooms very clean considering the number of people in the park. Did not like the operators competing to see who can check all the seat belts on the Griffon ride.
