Busch Gardens

The food needs to be better quality with options for gluten free, PALEO and vegan. When a ride broke and we were waiting for 30 min for it to start back up the lady announced every 2 minutes that she was sorry for the delay. It was total overkill!!!! We heard the announcement too many times and it made my patience less!!!

Upset that we pay to have the premium pass with free up front parking and we had to park further away and ride the trams.

It was a cold day and the shows weren't open yet. I was disappointed that the pass member preview announcement was made in Italy. I mean I know the new coaster is Italian but Italy doesn't have the facilities to host a presentation like fest haus does. In general I love busch gardens though. Amazing food and rides. It's always a good time.

I love Busch Gardens. I've had a season pass for over twenty years. This was by far the most crowded it's ever been. I was with elderly people and there wasn't even room to walk. The shows were superb. Scrooge is the best show I've ever seen in all my years here. The Scrooge actor completely made the show. A truly superb performer. The lead singer for Gloria dressed as a shepherd with the huge range was great. I wish the show times worked better together across shows. You could not go from show to show. Went twice for Christmas Town and still couldn't see all of the shows because of poor scheduling.

Ordered a specialty coffee and it tasted horrible! $8 and it went in the trash

Christmas Town is lovely and unique, but the park is a little dark. All of the eateries are nice but France is a little underwhelming. All in all, it was well worth the trip!

The Christmas Lights are beautiful to see in all of the different countries! A great peaceful place to take the family and kids!

ChristmasTown was so beautiful! Will be coming again next year!

It gets really crowded. Should have a pass for people who don't ride but enjoy the atmosphere

Great park, bathrooms need to be cleaned.
