Music at the shows was so loud we couldn't understand the lyrics. Don't like that they didn't have the half price tickets for pass holders at the gate.

The park seemed ill-prepared for the volume of guests around the festhaus. Lack of signage made our experience less enjoyable in that particular area of the park. However, I was so impressed by the decorations around the park, and for the respect shown for the best holiday. Well done, BG, for showing Christmas off for the world.

There were a LOT of people visiting Busch gardens at the same time so the lines were really long but howl-o-scream is always a lot of fun and we had a good time. It would be nice if there were lines to wait in for the tram though because as we were leaving at closing, it was a huge pain to try to get on the tram with no organization.

It was really crowded and they couldn't keep up with the crowds. I waited fifteen minutes in line for food then got to the front and they were out of everything but side items. I was rushed past and ended up not even getting anything. Also they don't know the difference between scary and dangerous. There is no reason the seating for food should be pitch black. There are no scarers there and I just wanted to be able to see my food!
