too many things were closed, park had less hours opened and ticket prices were too high for what was offered

We visit often but over the past three years the park has decreased in service. Time for them to step their game up.

Great park , lines to see the shows way too long for Hallow Scream.

Christmas Town opening at 2 is ridiculous. You can't see all shows or ride all rides by 10 pm. So many people made it extremely difficult to move through Germany to get to the show. Staff needs to be there to direct the flow. Signage to know where walking paths were was extremely lacking.

It's was way to crowded to even enjoy the lights. Everyone had to shuffle through the crowd
