Busch Gardens

Very disappointed with our Fireside feast with Santa... Holly (the elf) was not very nice, and the food was not that great... The need more veggie choices and not only a carb splurge! The format change felt like we were being herded like cattle

Food tasty nasty and highly over priced

Lines for the trams were so long, and the attendant was not preventing people from cutting the line, we waited for 45 minutes just to catch a tram into the park (at 4pm!) and even when we were at the front of the line, the tram pulled up with our row already full so we had to wait AGAIN for the next one. They also made me get a locker for my bag even though I could have carried it on the rides and saw multiple other people with bigger bags on the rides. I placed a stop payment for my monthly billing for the season pass- I will not go back!

It was first day of Christmas town so am trying to be kind.. Park opened at 2 so we went early around 1 to have time to get into park as we are handicapped ... And had to do the ticket deal... ( which actually was faster than imagined) Waited at the parking kiosks for a whole hour .. Apparently park opening at 2 means the parking lot opens at 2... We did get into park about 2:20... Start to make the trip through to look at countries and find out they each open in 15 minute intervals... What the heck? Even with my walker and friend on a cane we had to wait at each stopped spot for about 5 minutes to get through ..it was freezing so to keep warm we needed to keep walking.. :-/ now for the positive... Employees were awesome and friendly and the park is beautifully decorated in perfect decor.. Haven't been in 3 years and many new spaces decorated .. The coffee and hot chocolate was awful but we bought more bc it was warm and we were cold..

Took my family for Christmastown. The traffic getting in was bad. But the massive crowd inside was horrible. You could not walk from place or try to see anything or buy anything without a huge line. And very unfriendly staff and bad service. F

The staff was rude and disrespectful

Needs better security

It was way too many people
