I had to have my bill for the birthday party adjusted 3 times because they kept charging me for pizzas I shouldn't have been charged for.

Very unorganized, dirty floors tables not cleaned off to sit at. Food took 40 minutes for one pizza. Wasn't given plates or right number of cups we paid for with package deal. Overcharged for a chicly cheese cup I didn't receive. Would tell anyone not to go there.
