Crowded office. They close two other locations and now there is only this one besides the airport. Car selections are not good. Cars are dirty and older models.

Sean is terrible. The staff in the office seem to be in their own world and I'm party mode. Very unprofessional and not good for the customers.

The 800 line at hertz is a joke. The calls go to India and the people can't understand what you are trying to reserve. They quote you an outrageous price and enterprise is so much cheaper and you tell them and all of a sudden they have a lower price. This goes on and on and enterprise is still lower. The headquarters in Oklahoma City is full of incompetents, no one knows anything and throw threats at you if you return your car a day late, even when you called to extend. They also keep charging various amounts to hold on my card even though they have already held the initial $200. There is no need to keep adding $40 here and $88 dollars there when it's a 2-day rental and there have been no changes or extensions. Hertz is a horrible company with incompetent employees
