Non-working pumps for cc tend. Other pump slow to refresh, allow pumping of gas--attendant attention?????

Repeated issues w/receipts at pump--no choice, no paper. In store, clerks are indifferent in providing requested receipt, flippant about paper running out--no move to replace paper, speak w/manager, or rectify my concerns
