Old, outdated, uncomfortable seating, crowded, and cold.

Extremely cold inside. We had light jackets but not enough. We let the staff know, but no results. Popcorn was cold and soggy.

I rarely come to this theater anymore because it's outdated, movie quality is always poor, there isn't enough sitting, the seats are extremely uncomfortable, I watched a 3 hour movie and in the end my knees were in so much pain. The manager didn't seem friendly at all, she just stood there with no smile, you could tell she was tired and frustrated. Line was long for movie tickets. The only reason why I decided to come to this theater was because they had a late showing, but I don't ever like to come here. I prefer bistro cinemark.
