We had my daughter's 8th birthday party there, and she had an amazing experience! Our hostess was delightful, and the manager did a great job checking up on us!

my daughter had fun but of course there are always a few machines that just take your tokens and don't work

Loud as expected, way too expensive but I had a guest who wanted to visit
