overpriced food

service was very slow

We didn't spend money because we were there with a party. However I was pleased with the bigger/nicer facility in Dublin Ohio compared with the run down one in Dayton ohio

The host could be better.

My granddaughter had a great time.

Karen was grumpy. It is a place for kids!!!! She never smiled or was warm or friendly. Our pizza was sausage and we ordered bacon. I sent it back and the next one was barely cooked. The games were broken or out of tickets. It was not fun like usual

extremely overpriced. the food looked terrible and is priced like it is gourmet or something. the chuck e cheese show wasn't as interactive and exciting as I thought it would be. I was let down.
