Not good

I had my son's 3rd Birthday party here. When we arrived we wasted 15 minutes of party tome trying to figure out who our waitress was. My guests did not receive their tokens until a 45 minutes after the start of our party. I only had an hour an 15 min. for my party.

Terrible! Everything was broken. We were there for 2 hours and thirty minutes and Chick E never came out. Two of the games didn't have picture paper in them. Such a disappointment. 2 of 4 ticket machines were broken.
