The clips on the gas handle are broken. I find this annoying and it makes me feel like Hess doesn't have their customer's satisfaction level at the forefront.

I stopped there to fill my gas tank as I do every other day. I turned off my car, got out, opened gas tank, inserted credit card and a message appeared "see cashier inside". I went inside even though I was annoyed and in a rush, she barely acknowledged me, I told her I needed to purchase gas and she said "oh we're offline, you can't get gas". I suggested they put a sign on all the pumps so people don't waste time like I did, she shrugged her shoulders and went back to doing her work. Soo frustrating!!! I purchase at least $200/week in gas there. I'm done I will not go to this place again. Too many negative experiences.
