I am disappointed once again with the lack of staff to redeem tickets. I had to wait 5 minutes for someone to finally show up and young man takes the order of another family that had just walked up. I was so upset by that time that I said I've been waiting for 5 mins gave him my order and walked out. I mean what is so hard with staffing correctly?
