A good place for kids

The service time was horrible. We waited over 7 minutes at the front counter to place our order upon entering and we were the first people in line. There was no cast member manning the front counter!!! Then upon leaving we needed to pay the difference for a prize our child chose and we waited over 10 minutes before someone could help us. There was only one person working the front cash register and she was found the best she could. Her name was Sarah. When she could help she did but it was a balancing act and we were the customers waiting.
