Fun time for kids. Upgraded the pizza and it was much better.

I was there for a birthday party and the girls that were running it were very rude and they kept a walking right into my one year old with the trash and they kept rolling their eyes.

There was no one at the register to take our food order for several minutes. When we went to pay for the difference between our purchase and our tickets, the associate dropped the handoff and we were waiting for several minutes again before being able to make our toy purchase. One associate gave us a bag of cotton candy for our trouble. Our son still had a great birthday, but it was very frustrating for us to have to wait so long at the beginning and end of our visit.

The new buffet is disgusting, beverages awful, new gaming system a rip off! Last trip there
