Very very slow to check out

I went in to grab something to eat and drink. There were no lines to checkout when I came in. after I got my food and beverage a register went out of order and now there was an extremely long line at the only remaining register. I waited for a few minutes in line but had to return my food and drink because I would be late to work if I waited any longer. highly disappointed. this is the first time I had to leave because of the wait but this is not the first time I have seen registers out of order at this location. Im not sure if I will go back.
