It was at rest stop on PA turnpike. Zero customer service. Did not greet me at counter. Simply stated cost of my drink. No thank you. No please come again etc

Just needed gas

Went for gas. The layout of the parking lot/pumps is not at all convenient. Had to wait an excessively long time to get a spot. Cars going in all directions.
