Hertz is my go to. The cars are clean and the staff is friendly. I've tried cheaper companies but always come back to hertz.

Had reservation and was running late , called golf and told them, but local hertz at dal released the car, offered a van that smelled horrible then took 30 plus minutes to get a car

The car smells terribly like smoke. There were no others available apparently even though I always ask for a non-smoking vehicle. We pick the car up at one, it is 9 o'clock and it still breaks even with driving with the windows down.
