My special offer would not work at the pump like it was supposed to and then I had to pay an additional small fee bc the pump didn't shut off like it was supposed to

I was low on gas and in a hurry. Generally do not stop here.....higher gas rate. I pulled up to the pump, slid in card - could not read screen. Hit cancel and pulled forward. Slid in credit card, see cashier appears. Stopped what I was doing, secured car, went inside. Oh yes screen is broke, have to call in for repair, you need to pre pay, only allowed to scan card once, a security feature. Now I go and pump my gas. Waste of my time!
