I always rent with hertz. I'm a gold member. The cars I clean and I like my car being ready. On this trip I noticed upon approaching my vehicle the lights were on. When I got in the battery was dead. They got me into a new car quickly.

It was quick and to pick up the car but was hoping for a car with more options like the ones I get from other hertz locations

Very long line with not nearly enough associates to assist. I was sent over to a kiosk where I had to wait 10 minutes for an "expert" to show up on the screen while the 5 people behind me in line were assisted by the people actually there. Then my kiosk expert was very nice but kept trying to chat with me when I really just wanted to get my car and get out of there. Doesn't really seem to be very efficient.
