Just driving thru got gas

We only stopped for gas. While my husband was pumping, the nozzle didn't stop when the truck was full and fuel overflowed and spilled everywhere including all over my husband. Apparently the nozzle wasn't working properly but there's no way that we were the only people who experienced this problem. It's a high volume location because it's on the highway. The pump should've been closed or fixed.
