Pay at pump broken

We stopped to fuel up my husband's van and to use the restrooms on a recent trip. On my husband pump gas my son and I use the restrooms which were appalling. Someone obviously used them for smoking because they reeked of stale cigarette smoke. There were no toilet paper holders and the toilet paper was laying directly on the ground. It was disgusting - I wouldn't have gone back if you paid me.
