I bought gas

I went inside to use the restroom and did not make a purchase on this trip.

The Opelousas, la racetrack on hwy 190 has broken door lock on handicap stall. Poorly cleaned an maintained bathrooms. Often lacking toliet paper. Also need hooks in bak if doors for purses jackets diaper bags.

Woman's bathroom not well maintained as it was 6 months ago. Broken lock in handicap stall. Staff rude and not helpful.

Fresh fruit costs too high. Long line and staff not friendly

Coke icee machine broken! Women's bathroom handicap stall door handle broken and does not lock properly. Bathroom not well stocked and dirty!

Carla store manager very rude and unprofessional. Pump 5 took my credit card and gave authorization. Allowed me to pump $31.73 worth of gas to fill my tank. It then asked if I wanted a receipt. I pressed yes. It states receipt fail. Carla said payment wasn't made and made me come in to pay AGAIN! Rude. Unapologetic. Could not tell me how it allowed me to pump if payment wasn't taken. I am a frequent customer. But will be taking my gas and non gas purchases elsewhere if that how staff is trained to speak to and treat customers. Staff need customer service skill training and less ghetto attitude. This is the store in Opelousas off if hwy 190.

Bathroom not maintained. All stalls out of toliet paper. No hand towels to dry hands. Hooks on back is stall doors needed for jackets and purses.
