Just to be clear of the location - it was the Highway 92 Racetrack nearest Hennessee Honda in Woodstock. My wife and I had Coupons for a free sandwich. The coupons were from Coupons.com. Krogers accepts their coupons but will not except most other digital type coupons. It is a legitimate site. First of all, after taking the time we did to pick out what we wanted. My wife even picked out some of their ice cream. When we showed her our IPhone she said she couldn't take the coupon. She didn't even scan it at all. She just flat out told us she couldn't accept them. She was very rude to top it off. Not sincere or apologetic because she would not take them. Then she even somewhat questioned herself over it? This is a first for bad experiences at a Racetrack. We usually stop in at this Racetrack often. But not any longer. There is a QT just down from there. So that's where we will continue going. We were spoken to in such a way that it was as if we were being accused of being thieves. And that is totally unexceptable.
