Just got gas

It wasn't very clean and staff didn't speak. Didn't have what I needed

Completely frustrated because the card swipe at the pump was not working. Paid for $50 of gas but since gas prices are down that was a bit much for my tank and I basically had to force it in because I did not know what to do since I had prepaid. It was freezing outside so the extra time trying to get the card reader to work was frustrating. The inside of this store appears dingy and dirty and I hate going in here.

This is based on the Pelham Pkwy loc. I have been purchasing cigarettes at this store since 1999 and have not had a problem until the last 6 mo or so. Thought it was worked out when Nikki started ordering and y'all managed to keep them in stock. Brenda (I think is her name) told me the other day she would go get my cigs from another store and would have them for me. So I went back this morning and when I asked her she looked at me like I had three heads. I don't care if you write them on the list. Apparently the person is not looking at the list. Can you please tell him to order them and the other peoples that you don't have either that you tell me about??? I don't want to listen to you whine about unloading a truck or having to run to the pumps because customers are confused because y'all changed the system. Be thankful you have a job and can work!!! Get out of everybody's business and focus on doing your job and being pleasant to the customers!!! I am about ready to take my business elsewhere if something doesn't change. I really hope the owner sees this because he needs to know what is going on in his store!
