The restrooms were the most disgusting that I've ever seen

It shouldn't take 2 hours for 2 pizzas to come out. Was way to crowded and the staff was rude and understaffed

One of the worst pizzas I've ever had. The cheese bread was over priced and tasted like cardboard. The only win for this place is that they are very secure and it's a safe place to take your child.

Awful service food took forever!!!

We came for the fundraiser, the line was very long, difficult to find a table, many games didn't work properly or at all, dirty floor, tables, restroom was filthy. Was waiting for 30 mins to get pizza, it came out greasy, lots of sauce and barely toppings, my child bite two pieces and decided to leave it (oh, please mama, let's not take it home, it's not good!). The salad bar was dirty, with missing items, what was available looked unattractive: cherry tomatoes cracked and smashed, cucumbers had yellow spots, potato salad was swimming in mayo/mustard and was very watery, cantaloupe had big green pieces and tasted like pickles (did they keep them together?). The worst part of our visit that. both of us been up all night long with vomiting and diarrhea ('hello all the ingredients of the salad bar!), I needed to take a day off at work the next day how sick I was, my poor child was dehydrated after sickness. I will never go back to this Chuck E Cheese on Bandera rd in San Antonio, TX.
