Asked staff member about a problem with the icee machine, I was having and he shrugged his shoulders and said those things suck!! They never work right. I never did get the help I needed. Shame on him for not appreciating his job!

Had to go to 2 different counters & wait in both lines because the guy didn't know how to process a coupon once I finally got up there. The lady at the 2nd register was extremely rude to the Mexican guy in front of me who didn't speak English well. She made the comment, "you can't even understand me can you? Why are you even here, Ugh!" She also took his change out if his hand & said, "you don't get that!" After she rang him up & the change dispensed. The guy was trying. She was awful to him.
