Rude very rude manager heather at the speedway in Richmond Kentucky University shopping center would not except my E Visa prepaid card to pay for $28 worth of gas because she said she could not enter the card manually and she just doesn't want to accept the card. I received the e card for completing surveys just like this app she was terribly rude
